1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    90 minutes within Dubai from the time of purchase with delivery charge amount of 50 AED.

    Cut off time for placing of order is until 4:00 PM.

    Standard Delivery

    Next day delivery within UAE from the date of purchase. Delivering every day except Friday.

    GCC Delivery

    4-7 Business days from the date of purchase

    2. What payment methods do you accept? 
    MKS Jewellery accept payment via Mastercard and Visa Card, American Express and Paypal.

    Payment will be taken from you credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. 

     

    4. How can I order from your old collection?

    5. Why didn't I receive an e-mail confirmation when I made my order?

    6. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
    In-stock 
    We generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been dispatched. In this instance, you would have to inform us once the ordered item reached your place and we will charge for the collection and delivery of item amounting of 60 AED.

    We can change or amend within 2-4 business days from the date of purchased.

    7. How is my order and gift packaged?
    We ship using secure packaging material provided by the courier. Inside, you'll find our signature packaging which includes, a ribbon, an outer casing, a suede jewellery box beautifully carrying your purchase.
     

    8. Can you write a message/letter in Arabic?
    Yes, we can print your message on a specially formulated letter card.

     

    9. I received a gift, Can I exchange it to some other items?
    Yes, we can do that for you. We can exchange it and either offer store credit with the remaining amount if any.

     

    10. Will the buyer of my returned gift know that it was returned?
    Our customers privacy is our priority, we do not inform the buyer that the gift was returned or any other details of our communication. That remains private information which we cannot disclose.

     

    11. Do you offer a warranty on the jewellery I purchase?
    We offer a limited warranty to protect against manufacturer defects. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss or theft.


    12. How can I make returns or exchanges?

    13. I bought an item before, Can I exchange it for the same piece?
    We will offer you an exchange with the value spent. As the prices of our materials fluctuate we cannot guarantee the item you have purchased remains within the same value.

     

    14. Does MKS Jewellery offer engraving services?
    Yes we are happy to provide personalization and engraving on any piece that can carry it, if you would like your item engraved please leave a note upon checkout with the engraving. We will get back to you to confirm precise placement and size before we go ahead and engrave.

     

    15. Can I return a special order item?
    Custom designed, special ordered items with engravings or personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

     

    16. I just got my order but it doesn't fit, what do I do?
    MKS Jewellery accepts resizing with charge amount of 10 AED each item with collection and delivery fee by Country:

    UAE - 60 AED
    GCC - 160 AED
    SAUDI ARABIA & YEMEN - 220 AED

     

    17. Do you have an actual store I can come visit? 
    Parts of the collect is available in store, please refer to the list of stockists to find out where you can see the collections in person. If you would like to see specific pieces we can also arrange for your selection to be brought over to your for a viewing.     18. Can I ask another jeweler to copy a design from your website? 
    All designs on this website are the property of MKS Jewellery. Replicating designs will be acted upon as a criminal offence.
