We are pleased to provide shipping services worldwide. All deliveries will be carried out with FedEx. Once you have made your payment and/or confirmed your order, a tracking number will be communicated to you so your shipment will be trackable on its journey to you. Rates will vary depending on the area and size of package.

Our production processing lead time is 10-15 Business days from order to shipment, depending on the time of order. For urgent orders, please check out the immediate dispatch section. Cash on delivery is available for local deliveries.

Items ordered are usually held in stock and will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 11 a.m.Dubai time (GMT +4).

For 1st resizing, it will be free for up to 30 days and for the following repair, it will be charged depending on the quoted price upon inspection of our workshop. We will guarantee that we will do our best to repair your piece for you, no matter how long, or for a lifetime repair basically. We will send you the quotation for approval and the workshop can start the repair.
We will give Store Credit for the amount that was purchased for up to 6 months. If it’s a gift a gift receipt mentioning the person who purchased it, invoice date and number that will be presented upon return of the item. Store Credit is not redeemable by cash and is not transferable. The customer will manage the return of the item unless we arrange and charge will be applied.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please follow the simple steps below in order for a return/exchange to be accepted:
Step 1: Register your request via email firstname.lastname@example.org or with your Name, Item Name and Size Order Number. Damaged or altered items – including personalized engraving, ring sizing, and adjusted chains - will not be accepted.
Step 2: Check your inbox for an approval email, you will receive a response within 48 hours confirming your return/exchange from our team members, and we will instruct you on options for return.
Step 3: Schedule your Return with the shipper. You will need to get in touch to schedule a time for collection
Step 4: Confirmation of Receipt, Return or Exchange actioned - Once received, your credit note or exchange will be made within 48 hours.

All our items fall under the below return policy, except if the item is custom made or individually created, hence it is not possible to get return, all custom sales are final.
All items must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be exchanged. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Exchanges or credit notes will be issued for items received at our facility within 5 working days of the delivery date. All purchases are eligible for exchange only. All shipping and handling charges will not be deducted. Exchanges or Returns are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer or the shipper.
The above-mentioned terms are applicable also for International shipments. Goods must be received before we send out the replacement items. Unless it is a manufacturing fault, for which MKS Jewellery will pay for shipment expenses.
Returns or Exchanges received at our facility by mail within 10 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only. Any return received in our store after 10 working days of the delivery date. For shipments outside the UAE, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
MKS Jewellery is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.
If a delivery is refused by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided, any additional charges may apply.
